A thought for today – Sunday 1st January 2023 –

Today we wonder at the cooperation between Mary, a human creation, and God, achieving God’s plan for our redemption. ‘Mother of him who thee from nothing made’. God became human and was born from Mary meaning that she can rightly be called ‘Holy Mother of God’.
